POLYMER CONCRETE

Volume: 1 L / 5 L / 10 L

A unique composition based on ultrapolymers. It has high moisture resistance and breathability. It responds well to weather changes.

It is ductile. It is easy, comfortable to apply and sets moderately quickly. When used on walls and facades of houses, it does not require varnish protection.

The texture of the coating can vary from smooth to pronounced rough. It is suitable for residential and commercial spaces, walls, ceilings, interior and exterior work. It is easy to wash and can be repaired locally. It is a natural and safe, environmentally friendly compound.

Polymer concrete can be tinted to any color and is available in three basic types:

А — for tinting light colors
B — for tinting mid-toned colors
С — for tinting dark and bright colors

PREPARATION

- The substrate must be clean, dry and firm. Remove crumbling and flaking old coatings, prepare the surface.
- Apply Primer on plastered, chalky or absorbent surfaces. Use covering primer for previously painted walls, MDFs, chipboards, fiberboards.
- Preparation level Q3-Q2.
- Apply colored undercoat: a layer of decorative paint in the color of the future coating.
- Mix the material thoroughly before use.
- Do not dilute with water.
APPLICATION

Apply with a trowel or spatula in two layers. The second layer is trowelled with a flat part of a ceramic tile or a trowel. Use circular, polishing movements. If you start troweling too early, the material will stick to the tool. If the layer dries out, it can be moistened with a spray bottle. The more Polymer Concrete is polished, the smoother and denser the coating will be.
The strokes should be uniform and random, with optimal pressure on the tool.
The application temperature should be between +10 and +20°C. In other conditions the life of the mixture may change. The higher the temperature, the faster the hardening; the lower the temperature, the slower the hardening.
The tools should be cleaned with warm water and soap.
When decorating floors and bathrooms, furniture, doors, kitchen fronts and backsplashes it is recommended to use protection with Two-component Superfinish varnish.
COLORING

Polymer concrete is available in three basic types:
A - for light shades
В - for mid-toned colors
C — for dark and bright colors.
It is tinted with MeToo or Monicolor pigments in any color, including individually, with the selection of pigment formula. We recommend making a test sample to ensure an exact match to the selected shade.
